[ Photo + Eros = Point de vue #10 ] Robert Mapplethorpe
Pour ce 10ème point de vue entre photographe et érotisme, attardons nous au photographe américain Robert Mapplethorpe.
Véritable esthète il considère à juste titre que la photographie s’adresse à la fois à l’esprit et aux sens.
Repéré par Andy Warhol qui l’engagea dans son magazine Interview ; plutôt habitué aux sujets “classiques” se sont ses photos érotiques d’homosexuels qui l’ont rendu célèbre.
L’univers underground de Mapplethorpe a ainsi pris corps dans sa vision de la société.
Sa vision du noir et blanc très stylisé marque toute une génération.
